Momma Dean Dinner and the Super bowl

*Noah and Herbert the Rhino 'helping' me in the kitchen. He loves to eat the flour right out of the container. Weird kid. *Rachelle and Matt treated us a traditional southern style (mama dean) dinner. We had a lot of grease (i.e. deep fried chicken, corn bread, bacon mashed potatoes). The food was definitely better than the costumes. This week is Navajo appreciation week. We're becoming so cultured. Side note: We painted our kitchen and added a glass tile back splash. You can see the old green on the previous post. The new green is a little gentler on the eyes. *No one in our house even knew who was playing, but we still enjoyed a super bowl feast and watched some of the game. We were rooting for Arizona just because we had red velvet cupcakes and it seemed appropriate since they are red too. Logical, right?!

I love your new green! The back splash is awesome, too. You guys have the most cultural experiences with food!

Very nice backsplash. I hope you made the girls do it for rent.

What a cute nephew I have! Looks like his auntie needs to make him an apron. Let me know what kind of fabric he wants (pictures on it) and I will get on that.
It looks like we all need to keep a better eye on Rachelle. How could we let that happen to her? ha ha ha
See ya in a week!
