Our house is officially on the real estate market. It was listed last Thursday and we've already had 6 showings. No offers yet but some of them are seriously thinking about it. It looks really nice on that site. You guys have done a TON of work. I hope that you get 1 million dollars extra.
It sounds like the real estate agent was describing Wilbur the pig from Charlottes Web....Radiant!!! Tell him to just put Updated HUMBLE bungalow. That will help with the Wilbur description. :)
