Sac Zoo and More

The kids playing dress up with my old dancing costumes.  Noah usually has a tutu on his head as "crazy hair", but I didn't get a picture of that.  Uncles, don't act like your appalled by this, you know darn well you dressed up when you were little (and as teenagers) too.

Monday was free zoo day at the Sacramento Zoo, so we decided that morning to go for a few hours.

One of our favorite animals there - the ant eater.  Isn't he crazy looking?

Noah saw this duck at the park and said that grandma Linie needed a brown and white duck.

Ava's wound sans the stitches.  Healing quite nicely.  Since the doctor had to take out some of the skin, the middle is a little tight and the ends pucker a little, but in a few months it shouldn't be as noticeable.

Wow, Summer...it's healing quick. She's a lucky little girl to have such great parents. We're thinking about the fun to come in Hurricane with two grandma's, two great grandma's, and all the aunts, uncles, cousins....gonna be good.

I laughed so hard when I saw the dress up picture. =) Mariah dresses up in mine all the time. Poor Blake will come out in dresses and a purse...so funny. Nick doesn't like me to tell him this though.
So it's been so long since I've had time to read blogs or post for that matter, I didn't know Ava had surgery. I'm glad everything went well and I pray the tests come back negative. Love all the pictures....your kids are so dang cute. =)
